This can be such a challenging task if an individual is used to eating at fast foods and other artificially processed foods. Regular exercise is also important especially for people who are living a sedentary lifestyle. Another important part of lifestyle modification is having enough sleep. Enough sleep will enable your brain to think clearly. Sleep also maximizes your brain's capacity to think rationally.

Another way to treat anxiety is to change one's attitude. If you tend to think negatively most of the time you will most likely to suffer from anxiety attacks. This is why a shift from a negative attitude towards a positive one is necessary in treating anxiety attack. Keep a positive attitude, all the time.
